Zillow Mortgage Marketplace reports Florida mortgage rates for 30-year fixed-rate mortgages remained stable at 4.29% on Friday. State mortgage rates ranged from the lowest rate of 4.22% (UT) to the highest rate of 4.74% (NV). Currently, Florida mortgage rates are 5 basis points lower than the national average of 4.34%.

The Florida mortgage rate on July 30, 2010, is down 4 basis points from last week's average Florida rate of 4.33%.
